The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 10 A on January 29, 2025, granting a foreign exchange trades license to Branch Office No. 2 of “Latte” LLC. The license, designated as No. 851, authorizes the branch to conduct relevant currency exchange activities at its location in Yerevan. This resolution entered into force on the day following proper notification to the applicant company.

Granting an exchange office branch license to “Latte”, a Limited Liability Company (License No. 851)
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“p”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 9 of Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007; Whereas on January 10, 2025 “Latte” LLC applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for a request to seek an exchange office branch license; In view of the conclusion (Minutes No. 3, January 22, 2025) issued by the Licensing and Regulation Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Grant a foreign exchange trades license to the Branch Office No. 2 of “Latte”, a Limited Liability Company (License No. 851), for carrying out the relevant activities at the address: H. Avetisyan str. 48/1, Nor Norq, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia).
This resolution to enter into force on the day following proper notification to “Latte” LLC.
