ON RECOGNIZING PAWNSHOP OPERATION LICENSE NO. PA-Y 302 OF “LOMBARD PLUS” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AS VOID

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and point "ac" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, point "i" of Part 1 of Article 22 of the Law “On Pawnshops and Pawnshop Activities”, and Point 22 of Annex 1 approved by Resolution No. 32-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 3 February 2017 “On Approving the Procedure for Licensing Pawnshop Activities in the Republic of Armenia and the Form of the Pawnshop Activity License”;

T aking into account that “LOMBARD PLUS” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 8 September 2025 regarding the termination of the pawnshop operation license;

B ased on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 41 dated 17 September 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

To recognize as void Pawnshop Operation License No. PA-Y 302 granted to “LOMBARD PLUS” Limited Liability Company by Resolution No. 131-A of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 23 June 2017.

For the purpose of protecting the interests of and informing the customers of “LOMBARD PLUS” Limited Liability Company, to publish the operative part of this Resolution on the official website of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia through the Public Relations Service of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.

This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “LOMBARD PLUS” Limited Liability Company or its delivery to the person authorized by “LOMBARD PLUS” Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
