Notice of Amendments to Legislation (26 Jun 2016)
The DFSA Board has enacted amendments to eight core modules of the DFSA Rulebook through specific Rulemaking Instruments, effective 1 August 2016. These instruments repeal and replace the General, Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorist Financing and Sanctions, Recognition, Representative Office, Glossary, Auditor, Conduct of Business, and Prudential modules with updated versions that incorporate stakeholder feedback from Consultation Papers No. 103 and 105. All finalized instruments, detailed appendices, and archived versions are accessible on the DFSA website ahead of their implementation date.
