The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) issued Circular No. 44066183 to operationalize the Kingdom's annual Social Responsibility Day on March 23, as mandated by Council of Ministers Resolution No. (320). The directive requires all supervised financial institutions to launch development initiatives or awareness campaigns and submit a detailed report to SAMA demonstrating their public outreach contributions. Affected entities will additionally receive an electronic copy of the official campaign logo guideline via email to ensure standardized implementation.

To Whom It May Concern,
Subject: Contributing to the Activation of the Kingdom's Social Responsibility Day.
Reference is made to the request received from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, based on Council of Ministers Resolution No. (320) dated 28/4/1444 AH, which stipulates that the 23rd day of March each year shall be designated as the Social Responsibility Day in the Kingdom, and to emphasize the importance of enhancing social responsibility within the private sector.
The Saudi Central Bank aims to contribute to activating the Social Responsibility Day by launching development initiatives or awareness campaigns that highlight these efforts, and by submitting to the Bank a report detailing your contributions to public outreach.
Please note that an electronic copy of the campaign guideline for using the official logo will be sent to you via email.
