The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has made recordings of its March 2023 virtual workshops available on YouTube to assist registered Financial Services Providers (FSPs) with recent regulatory updates. The sessions cover amendments to the FAIS General Code of Conduct and managing representative obligations, both of which are accredited for Continuous Professional Development (CPD). FSPs must access the recordings via provided links, register for CPD recognition, and complete the associated assessments to comply with accreditation requirements.
