CIMA Cancels Director Registration of Ms. Jianxin Yu
The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority has cancelled the director registration of Ms. Jianxin Yu effective 21 November 2023 due to her failure to submit prescribed information and pay annual fees for 2021 through 2023. This cancellation was issued pursuant to section 25(2)(a) of the Directors Registration and Licensing Act, 2014 after finding a contravention of section 6(2). Ms. Yu retains the right to appeal the decision to the Cayman Islands court under section 27(5) of the Act.
