Executive Decree No. 96-102 of March 11, 1996, implementing Article 32 of Legislative Decree No. 93-10 on the securities exchange
Issued by the Head of Government of Algeria, this executive decree formally approves the regulations issued by the Commission for the Organization and Supervision of Stock Exchange Operations (COSOB). The approval is granted via an order from the Minister in charge of Finance, as mandated by Article 32 of Legislative Decree No. 93-10 concerning the securities exchange. The decree was signed in Algiers on March 11, 1996, and is published in the Official Journal of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
Executive Decree No. 96-102 of 22 Chaoual 1416 corresponding to March 11, 1996, implementing Article 32 of Legislative Decree No. 93-10 of May 23, 1993, relating to the securities exchange.
The Head of Government,
Having regard to the Constitution, particularly its Articles 81-4° and 116 (second paragraph);
Having regard to Legislative Decree No. 93-10 of May 23, 1993, relating to the securities exchange, particularly its Article 32;
Having regard to Presidential Decree No. 95-450 of 9 Chaâbane 1416 corresponding to December 31, 1995, appointing the Head of Government;
Having regard to Presidential Decree No. 96-01 of 14 Chaâbane 1416 corresponding to January 5, 1996, appointing the members of the Government;
Decrees:
Article 1. — In application of the provisions of Article 32 of Legislative Decree No. 93-10 of May 23, 1993, cited above, the regulations issued by the Commission for the Organization and Supervision of Stock Exchange Operations are approved by order of the Minister in charge of Finance.
Art. 2. — This decree shall be published in the Official Journal of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
