Notice of Consultation Paper Release (26 Dec 2019)
The Dubai Financial Services Authority has issued Consultation Paper No. 130 to solicit public feedback on miscellaneous regulatory amendments and guidance notes. Market participants must submit their written comments to the regulator by 26 January 2020 via the official DFSA portal. The authority will subsequently finalize and publish the updated regulatory framework based on the consolidated stakeholder responses.
