1 Questionnaire: HCD for FSPs The purpose of this questionnaire is to inform the design and introduction of a chatbot and AI-augmented management system for the handling of consumer complaints. Given the limited time available for the go to market phase, significant preparation will be necessary in order to ensure best alignment with FSP needs.
