Announcement on the Issuance of Additional 10 KM and 20 KM Convertible Mark Banknotes Printed in 2008
The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina has printed additional quantities of 10 KM and 20 KM banknotes featuring Governor Kemal Kozarić's signature and a 2008 printing date. These notes, which include enhanced security features, will enter circulation as legal tender on November 4, 2008. The announcement is published in official gazettes and on the Central Bank's website to inform the public of their availability.

ANNOUNCEMENT on the issuance of additional quantities of convertible mark banknotes in denominations of 10 KM and 20 KM, printed in 2008
In accordance with the Decision on the issuance, basic characteristics, and release into circulation of additional quantities of convertible mark banknotes in denominations of 10 KM and 20 KM, Ref. No.: 321/08 dated March 26, 2008, the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina has printed additional quantities of convertible mark banknotes (hereinafter: KM) in denominations of 10 KM and 20 KM.
These banknotes have basic characteristics and technical specifications as determined by the Decision on the issuance and release into circulation of convertible mark banknotes, Ref. No.: 11/98 dated May 28, 1998 ("Official Gazette of BiH", No.: 10/98), with the exception that the front of the banknotes bears the signature of Governor "Kemal Kozarić" and the printing year "2008" which is printed below the signature and the word "Governor", and they possess higher quality security features.
Starting from November 4, 2008, the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina will place the aforementioned banknotes into circulation as legal tender in Bosnia and Herzegovina through its central office, main units, and branches.
The notice regarding the issuance of additional 10 KM and 20 KM banknotes printed in 2008 will be available on the website of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This announcement will be published in the "Official Gazette of BiH", "Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH", "Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska", and "Official Gazette of the Brčko District of BiH".
