Guidance for Authorised and Registered Collective Investment Schemes on Measures to Counter the Risk of Greenwashing
The Guernsey Financial Services Commission issued this guidance to require authorised and registered collective investment schemes to prevent misleading claims regarding environmentally sustainable investments. The regulator mandates that all prospectuses and marketing materials must provide transparent, evidenced-based disclosures detailing how sustainability objectives are achieved, monitored, and measured.
