Operational and Services External Circular DSP-158, Subject 8: Deposit Account System
The Bank of the Republic issued Operational and Services External Circular DSP-158 to modify the Deposit Account System (CUD) transaction lists by adding two new codes for tax contributions. The circular introduces transaction code 11478 for the 0.1% cargo manifest contribution under Decree 1017 of 2025 and code 11479 for the corporate wealth tax under Decree 0173 of February 24, 2026. These updates are implemented in Annex 2 and Annex 3 of the Payment Systems Manual to ensure proper exemption from the General Mining Tax and correct transaction queuing priorities.
