Granting a Foreign Exchange Trades Activity License to “Norik-70”, a Limited Liability Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Paragraph 9 of the Central Bank Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007;
Whereas on June 4, 2025 “Norik-70”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to seek an Activity License for carrying out foreign exchange trades; and
In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 27, dated June 11, 2025),

E n a c t s:
Grant a Foreign Exchange Trades License to “Norik-70” Limited Liability Company for carrying out relevant activities at the address: Proshyan village, G. Chaush highway 1/48, a shopping salon, Nairi Community, Kotayq Region, Republic of Armenia.
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Norik-70” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Norik-70” Limited Liability Company.
