Instruction No. 2025-I-12 on the Submission to the ACPR of Registers of Information on Agreements Concerning the Use of ICT Services

The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2025-I-12 to define the requirements for entities submitting registers of information regarding ICT service agreements under DORA. The instruction provides summary tables to help entities determine their submission obligations based on consolidation scope and specific included entities. This guidance was updated on September 23, 2025, to align with the FAQ on the DORA directive and regulation.

As indicated in question B9 of the FAQ on the DORA directive and regulation, a summary table is available below. Table No. 1 allows determining whether an entity is subject to the obligation to submit a register of information to the ACPR and on what consolidation scope. In the case of a submission on a consolidated basis, Table No. 2 specifies for which entities information must be included in the register.
