Notice No. 06/2021 of 14 April on Credit Concession to the Real Economy
The Banco Nacional de Angola extends the validity period of Notice No. 10/2020 until 31 December 2021 to maintain incentives for national Banking Financial Institutions granting credit to the real economy. The central bank will assess compliance with established targets on 30 April and 31 December 2021, requiring institutions to report disbursed amounts by 14 May 2021 and 15 January 2022 respectively. Non-compliance triggers sanctions under the Framework Law on Financial Institutions, Instructional Notice No. 21/2020 is repealed, and interpretative questions are resolved by the central bank.
