Announcement No 53 Repealing Capital Markets Authority Decisions Nos. 1, 2, 8 and 9
The Capital Markets Authority has repealed four prior regulatory decisions (Nos. 1, 2, 8, and 9) originally issued in June and December 2013. Enacted pursuant to Law No 161 of 2011 and Board Decision No 14/3/19, the repeal streamlines the existing capital markets regulatory framework. The announcement takes immediate legal effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
