Requirements for the Certifier's Report
The regulatory authority mandates that certifiers evaluate all information within the Relevant Information Document and its annexes to produce a comprehensive report. This report must include the certifier's identification, a sworn declaration of compliance with Article 10 of the Registration Regulation, and proof of fee solvency. Additionally, it requires a detailed description of risks associated with the issuer, digital assets, the public offering, project execution, and underlying technology, culminating in a motivated technical opinion on the certification.

Requirements for the Certifier's Report.
Certifiers shall evaluate all information contained in the Relevant Information Document, its annexed documentation, as well as any other information they deem pertinent, and shall prepare a report that must contain at least the following:
- Identification of the certifier and registration number;
- Sworn declaration establishing compliance with Article 10 of the Regulation on the Registration of Public and Private Issuers and Emissions;
- c) Solvency of the payment of the registration fee;
- Detailed description of the risks associated with the digital asset issuer, the digital assets, the public offering of the digital asset, and the execution of the project:
a. Description of risks associated with the digital asset issuer;
b. Description of risks associated with the offering of digital assets on a digital asset trading center;
c. Description of risks associated with the digital assets;
d. Description of risks associated with the execution of the project;
e. Description of risks associated with the technology used, as well as mitigation measures.
f. Motivated technical opinion describing the project and the risks associated with the public offering; including its conclusion on the certification or non-certification thereof.
