Circular No. 77 (2023) – Fifth Issue of the 20 Jordanian Dinar Banknote

Subject: The Fifth Issue of the (20) Jordanian Dinar Banknote
In light of the Central Bank of Jordan's issuance of a new fifth series of the (20) Jordanian Dinar banknote, immediate measures are requested to accept transactions with the new issue; including:
- Preparing machines to count and inspect the new series of banknotes alongside the current series of the same denomination.
- Training staff on the security features of the currency to enable them to distinguish any forgery or counterfeiting.
- Informing customers about the new issue and its key security features.
