Decision of the Board of Directors No. 116 of 2023
The Financial Regulatory Authority issued Decision No. 116 of 2023 to amend the renewal conditions for its Real Estate Valuation Experts List. The decision mandates that both natural persons and legal entities, through their Managing Directors, must successfully pass a designated personal interview or examination to maintain their registration. Approved on May 25, 2023, the decision was published in The Egyptian Gazette and on the Authority’s electronic website, taking effect the day following publication.

3 Decisions The Financial Regulatory Authority Decision of the Board of Directors No. 116 of 2023 dated 25/05/2023 amending the conditions for renewing registration in the Real Estate Valuation Experts List of the Authority The Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority Having reviewed the Real Estate Financing Law issued by Law No. 148 of 2001 and its Executive Regulations and the decisions issued pursuant to them regarding the conditions for registration and renewal in the Real Estate Valuation Experts List of the Authority; and Law No. 10 of 2009 regulating supervision over markets and financial instruments other than banking; and after approval by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 25/05/2023; has decided:
( Article One ) A condition is added to those required for renewing registration for natural persons registered in the Real Estate Valuation Experts List of the Authority, that they pass a personal interview or an examination specified by the Authority for this purpose.
If the person registered in the aforementioned list is a legal entity, it is required that its Managing Director passes the personal interview or examination specified by the Authority for this purpose.
( Article Two ) This Decision shall be published in The Egyptian Gazette and on the Authority's electronic website, and shall take effect from the day following its publication in The Egyptian Gazette.
