The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 101 A to register Premium Invest Limited Liability Company and grant it an activity license for providing investment services. The authorized services include receiving and transmitting client orders to execute securities transactions, as well as executing such transactions on the company's own behalf or on behalf of clients. This resolution entered into force on the day it was signed by Governor Martin Galstyan on June 20, 2025.

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33 (4) and Article 37 (1) and (3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Chapter 5 of Regulation 4/01 “Registration and Licensing of Investment Companies; Registration of Branches and Representative Offices of Investment Companies and Foreign Investment Companies; Procedure for Obtaining Preliminary Consent to Qualifying Holding in Statutory Capital of Investment Companies; Presenting of Business Plan by Investment Companies; and Notice of Provision of Investment Services by Banks” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 16-N, dated January 15, 2008;
Considering the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on April 8, 2025 and on May 8, 2025 by Davit Harutyunyan, the initiator of the establishment of “Premium Invest”, a Limited Liability Company; and
In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 25, dated May 27, 2025), as well as the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 11-OS, dated June 20, 2025 ,

E n a c t s:
Register “Premium Invest” Limited Liability Company and grant an Investment Services Provision License thereto for providing investment services, as follows:
receiving and transmitting client orders to execute securities transactions,
executing securities transactions on its own behalf or on behalf of and for the account of a client.
