In view of Article 2 (3), Article 15 (1), Article 17 (2) (“2”), and Article 20 (1) (“e”) and (“jc”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Approve the Financial Statements, as of March 31, 2025, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, in accordance with Appendix to this resolution.
This resolution to enter into force in the manner as prescribed by the law.
