Circular No. 281 - Company 48 for Television and Film Production

a Private Limited Liability Company registered with us under number (562553511), we kindly request Your Excellency
to direct the banks operating in Palestine to revoke the authorization of both shareholders: Majd Omar Ibrahim Samara
ID number (852405224), and Nasser Al-Yasar, holder of French travel document number
(17zxo5099), from Company 48 for Television and Film Production, so as to avoid injustice
and to apply the principles of justice and the rule of law, granting every right to its rightful owner, protecting the rights of partners, and safeguarding
the rights of creditors, until the legal status of the aforementioned company is rectified.
