The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared its compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines regarding internal policies and controls for implementing national and EU sanctions under Regulation (EU) 2023/1113. These guidelines become applicable on December 30, 2025, and apply to all financial institutions, payment service providers, and crypto-asset service providers as defined in the relevant regulations. Affected entities must fully implement these measures to ensure adherence to the regulatory framework established by Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines of 14 November 2024 on internal policies, procedures and controls to ensure the implementation of national and Union restrictive measures under Regulation (EU) 2023/1113 (EBA/GL/2024/15).
These guidelines are applicable as of 30 December 2025, by all financial institutions within the meaning of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, which are payment service providers (PSPs) within the meaning of Article 3(5) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1113, and crypto-asset service providers (CASPs) within the meaning of Article 3(15) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1113, who must do everything in their power to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
