Announcement No 45 The Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority, Pursuant to Law No. 161 dated 17/8/2011 on Capital Markets, Pursuant to decision No. 26 dated 12/2/2018 related to the publication of the list of Financial Intermediary Institutions for the year 2018, Pursuant to the decision of the Capital Markets Authority’s Board No. 7/15/17 taken in its meeting held on 7/11/2017 related to the approval to grant “Amana Capital S.A.L.” a license to carry on dealing and arranging activities related to securities business as a Financial Intermediary Institution, Whereas said company is duly registered before the Commercial Registrar in Beirut, Pursuant to the request submitted by “Amana Capital S.A.L.” to the Capital Markets Authority on 13/9/2018 regarding its enlisting on the list of Financial Intermediary Institutions, And after reviewing the documents submitted to the Capital Markets Authority and confirming that the legal requirements for the said enlisting are met, Decides the following: First: The name "Amana Capital S.A.L." shall be enlisted on the list of Financial Intermediary Institutions under number 26.
