Subject: Launch of the Digital Financial Identity System iDplus
Continuing the Palestine Monetary Authority's efforts to implement its digital transformation strategy and develop the infrastructure of the Palestinian financial sector, and to enhance the integration of financial technology into the banking industry, and in light of the completion of all necessary technical preparations and tests, it has been decided to consider Wednesday, July 23, 2025, as the official launch date for the iDplus Digital Financial Identity System.
Accordingly, all departments of the institutions are requested to disseminate this circular to relevant parties to take all necessary technical measures, ensuring system readiness and guaranteeing the launch of the system on the scheduled date.
