● VLRM Global Investments, S.A. de C.V. is registered as a Digital Asset Issuer with the CNAD, under the registry entry number: AD-00009. ● The issuance of the FIRM Token digital asset is registered with the CNAD, under the registry entry number: AD-00017. ● VLRM Markets, S.A. de C.V. is registered as a Digital Asset Service Provider with the CNAD, under the registry entry number: PSAD-0031. ● A maximum of 3,000 tokens will be available in the issuance.
