The Governor of the National Bank of Serbia issued this Decision to mandate that residents report specific foreign operations, including direct investments and construction works, to the central bank. Reporting entities are held liable for data accuracy and must provide supporting documentation upon request to facilitate the monitoring of Serbia's balance of payments. This regulation supersedes the previous Decision on Reporting Requirements in Respect of Foreign Payment Transactions and entered into force one day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
RS Official Gazette, Nos 87/2009 and 40/20151 Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 4, Article 14, paragraph 2 and Article 37, paragraph 1 of the Law on Foreign Exchange Operations (RS Official Gazette, No 62/2006), the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia hereby issues D E C I S I O N ОN REPORTING REQUIREMENTS IN RESPECT OF FOREIGN OPERATIONS
1 Section 1, indents three to six and Section 3 of the Decision on Reporting Requirements in Respect of Foreign Operations (RS Official Gazette, No 87/2009) ceased to be valid on the effective date of the Decision on Reporting Requirements in Respect of Securities Transactions (RS Official Gazette, No 40/2015).
2 6. This Decision shall supersede the Decision on Reporting Requirements in Respect of Foreign Payment Transactions (RS Official Gazette, No 24/2007). 7.
