The circular specifies that applications for new or renewed cards must include updated curricula vitae, recent criminal records, professional competence certificates, photographs, and appointment minutes. Furthermore, Central Structures are required to submit their renewal lists by December 15 each year to maintain compliance with Articles 15, 65, 67 and 69 of their governing specifications.

The General Secretariat of the Regional Council for Public Savings and Financial Markets (CREPMF) reminds the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) and the Central Depository/Settlement Bank (DC/BR), hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Central Structures", that in accordance with the provisions of Articles 15, 65, 67 and 69 of their respective Specifications (Cahier des Charges), the exercise of the following functions is subject to holding professional cards:
The application file for the issuance of new professional cards, submitted to CREPMF by the Central Structures, must include, for each function subject to holding a professional card, the following elements:

For the renewal of professional cards, the Central Structures must transmit to the Regional Council, no later than December 15 of the current year, the list of persons for whom they wish to renew professional cards.
