The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic mandates that Payment Service Providers (PSPs) submit annual Financial Statements, external audit reports, and professional council certifications effective December 31, 2025. PSPs must additionally provide updated operational and commercial descriptions with annual ratification by December 31, while currently registered PSPs must file their last audited balance sheet by October 10 of the current year. The first annual submission for these supplementary details is due January 22, 2026, with detailed operational instructions to be disseminated subsequently.
