Acres Sociedad Agente de Bolsa S.A. is sanctioned with a fine of five (5) UIT, equivalent to S/ 22,000.00 (Twenty-two thousand and 00/100 Soles) for having committed one (01) very serious infringement, classified in Annex X, numeral 1, clause 1.6 of the Sanctions Regulation; for failing to comply with maintaining prudential limits or margins at the levels established by the regulations in this matter.
