Subject: The Fifth Issue of the (50) Jordanian Dinar Banknote
In light of the Central Bank of Jordan's issuance of a new fifth series banknote in the (50) Jordanian Dinar denomination, immediate measures are required to accept transactions with the new issue; including:
- Preparing counting and automated teller machines (ATMs) to accept counting and inspecting the new series banknotes alongside the current series of the same denomination.
- Training staff on the security features of the currency to enable them to distinguish any forgery or counterfeiting.
- Raising customer awareness regarding the new issue and its key security features.
