Circular No. 161/2015: Disclosure of Ritz Leasing for Financial Leasing Services Data in the Credit Report
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 161/2015 to mandate the disclosure of Ritz Leasing for Financial Leasing Services data within the national Credit Information System. Effective November 4, 2015, all operating banks must utilize the assigned code LEASF95 to report and exchange borrower information through this platform. This measure aims to enrich the credit database and mitigate credit and operational risks across the banking sector and lending institutions.

Subject: Disclosure of Ritz Leasing for Financial Leasing Services data in the Credit Report
To enrich the database of the Credit Information System and to mitigate credit and operational risks in the portfolio of facilities provided by the banking sector and lending institutions, please be informed that the disclosure of Ritz Leasing for Financial Leasing Services data on the Credit Information System will commence effective November 04, 2015. The code (LEASF95) has been assigned for the company's use in disclosing and exchanging data pertaining to its borrowers.
