CIMA Decision Notice Cancelling Director Registration of Mr. Zhi Chen
The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority has cancelled Mr. Zhi Chen’s director registration pursuant to section 25(2)(a) of the Directors Registration and Licensing Act, 2014. The Authority determined that he conducts business detrimentally to public and entity interests while failing the fit and proper person assessment. This cancellation takes effect on 3 December 2025, granting him a statutory right to appeal the ruling to the Grand Court.
