Publications/Posting of Statement of Condition and/or Consolidated Statement of Condition, and Balance Sheet
The Office of the Deputy Governor I, Financial Supervision Sector, mandates all Non-Bank Financial Institutions with Quasi-Banking Functions and/or Trust Entities and Trust Corporations to publish or post their Statement of Condition and/or Consolidated Statement of Condition, or Balance Sheet, as of June 30, 2025. This publication must occur in a newspaper of general circulation within twenty working days from the Circular Letter's date, with scanned copies of the statement submitted within the same timeframe. Furthermore, copies of the published statement along with the publisher's certificate must be scanned and submitted in PDF format to specified email addresses within five working days from the date of publication.

CL-2025-__ To : All Non-Bank Financial Institutions with Quasi-Banking (NBQB) Functions and/or Trust Entity and Trust Corporations (TC) Subject : Publication/Posting of Statement of Condition and/or Consolidated Statement of Condition, and Balance Sheet Pursuant to Section 61 of Republic Act No. 8791, a call is hereby made for the publication/posting by your institution of its Statement of Condition (Head Office, branches and other offices) (SOC) side-by-side with its Consolidated SOC (parent institution and its subsidiaries and affiliates), or Balance Sheet (BS), as applicable, as of 30 June 2025, in accordance with Sections 172-Q, 144-N and 183-T of the Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions (MORNBFI) for quasibanks and trust entities, respectively. Such SOC and/or Consolidated SOC, or BS, where applicable, shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the city/province where the principal office is located, but if no newspaper is published in the same city/province, then in a newspaper published in Metro Manila or in the nearest city/province within twenty (20) working days from the date of this Circular Letter. The original and a copy of the SOC and/or Consolidated SOC, or BS, where applicable, shall be scanned and submitted in pdf format within twenty (20) working days from the date of this Circular Letter. Additionally, copies of SOC and/or Consolidated SOC, or BS, where applicable, and as published, along with the publisher’s certificate shall also be scanned and submitted in pdf format within five (5) working days from the date of publication to the following email addresses in accordance with Memorandum Nos.
