The Financial Regulatory Authority Board of Directors issued Resolution No. 60 of 2019 to amend the registration, renewal, and deletion conditions for agents of non-banking corporate institutions. The resolution modifies Article Four of Resolution No. 106 of 2018 by mandating that the draft performance contract and company articles of association be submitted using the Authority's standardized model. Additionally, it requires that these documents be certified by a lawyer registered with the Bar Association.

Having reviewed the Capital Market Law issued by Law No. 95 of 1992 and its Executive Committee, the Law No. 10 of 2009 regarding the regulation of supervision over non-banking markets and financial instruments, the Presidential Decision No. 192 of 2009 regarding the Basic Statute of the Financial Regulatory Authority, the Authority's Board of Directors Resolution No. 106 of 2018 regarding the conditions for registration, renewal, and deletion of agents of corporate institutions operating in non-banking activities in the Financial Regulatory Authority's register, and the approval of the Authority's Board of Directors at its session held on 2019/4/30,
Amending Item One of Article Four of the Authority's Board of Directors Resolution No. (106) of 2018 regarding the conditions for registration, renewal, and deletion of agents of corporate institutions operating in non-banking activities in the Financial Regulatory Authority's register as follows:
- The draft performance contract and the company's articles of association shall be submitted according to the model prepared by the Authority, certified by one of the lawyers registered on the bar association's rolls.
This Resolution shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette and on the Authority's website, and shall take effect from the day following its publication in the Egyptian Gazette.
