Consultation Paper No. 8 of 2018 - Proposed Late Filing Penalty Guide – Annual Accounts
The Abu Dhabi Global Market Registration Authority issued this consultation paper to gather public feedback on its proposed Late Filing Penalty Guide for annual accounts. The guide establishes a graduated penalty scheme for late filings under the ADGM Companies Regulations 2015, scaling fines based on the duration of the delay up to a maximum of USD 15,000.
