Subject: Letter from the Commander of the National Security Forces
With reference to the above subject, attached is the letter from Brigadier General/ Abdul Ibrahim Khalil, Commander of the National Security Forces, regarding the approval of Colonel Suleiman Al-Kurdi's signature on transactions and facilities for the National Security Forces, effective from the date 2025/05/04, according to the attached signature specimen.
Accordingly, all banks are requested to execute the legal requirements stipulated in the aforementioned letter in accordance with established procedures.
