Modifying the Foreign Exchange Trades License No. 200 Granted to Azat Khachatryan P/E

Modifying the Foreign Exchange Trades License No. 200 Granted to “Azat Khachatryan” P/E

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Point 9 of Appendix as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007 “On Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations””; Whereas on February 24, 2025 and on March 4, 2025 Azat Khachatryan, a Private Entrepreneurship, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to modify the License No. 200 granted to him for foreign exchange trading; In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 14, dated March 26, 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

Modify the License No. 200, granted to Azat Khachatryan, a Private Entrepreneurship, for foreign exchange trading, in connection with a changed location for the operation of the exchange office.

This resolution to enter into force on the day following its making available to Azat Khachatryan P/E, or its delivery to an authorized representative of Azat Khachatryan P/E, in the prescribed manner.
