Law No. 29733 Personal Data Protection Law July 3, 2011 This Law aims to guarantee the fundamental right to the protection of personal data, as provided for in Article 2, numeral 6 of the Political Constitution of Peru, through its adequate processing, within a framework respecting the other fundamental rights recognized therein.
