Regulations amending Finansinspektionen’s regulations regarding position limits
Finansinspektionen issued regulations amending its previous rules on position limits to align with EU Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1302. The new provisions repeal the previous appendix and establish a uniform position limit of 10,000 lots for commodity derivatives in both the spot month and other months. These amendments entered into force on 1 January 2024.
