Modification of Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 126 for Roland & MG LLC

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 107 A to modify the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 126 held by Roland & MG Limited Liability Company. This regulatory change authorizes the company to utilize a specific storage area for bulky items located at 111 Yeghvard highway in Yerevan. The resolution becomes effective upon registration with the company or the day following its delivery to an authorized representative.

Modifying the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 126 Granted to “Roland & MG”, a Limited Liability Company

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Paragraph 14 of the “Procedure on Licensing Pawnshop Activities in the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 32-N, dated February 3, 2017;

Whereas on June 10, 2025 “Roland & MG”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with the need to make use of the area intended for the storage of bulky items at the address: 111 Yeghvard highway, Davtashen district, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia,

E n a c t s:

Modify the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 126 granted to “Roland & MG” Limited Liability Company.

This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Roland & MG” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Roland & MG” Limited Liability Company.
