Regulations repealing Finansinspektionen’s regulations on reporting own funds requirements for certain securities companies
Finansinspektionen issued regulations to repeal its previous rules (FFFS 2018:9) concerning the reporting of data on own funds requirements for specific securities companies. The repeal is mandated to take effect on 7 July 2021 pursuant to the Securities Market Ordinance. This action formally removes the earlier reporting obligations established under the 2018 regulations.
