FSCA Communication 45 of 2024 (FAIS): Access to Webinar Recordings for Financial Services Providers
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has made recordings of three November 2024 webinars publicly available on its YouTube channel to assist registered Financial Services Providers (FSPs). These recordings detail critical regulatory updates, including specific exemptions from audit and liquidity requirements under the FAIS Act, procedures for extension requests regarding applicable fees and timelines, and profile changes concerning licence conditions and fit-and-proper determinations. - PURPOSE The purpose of this Communication is to inform registered Financial Services Providers (FSPs) that recordings of recent webinars hosted by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) are available on the FSCA’s YouTube channel and to provide additional detail in this regard.
- BACKGROUND 2.1. The FSCA recorded three new webinars for FSPs during November 2024. 2.2. Recordings of all three webinars are now available for viewing on the FSCA’s YouTube channel at the links provided below.
