International Trade Zone (Coronavirus Special Leave) Expiration Order 2022

[7th February 2022] Supplement to Official Gazette 57 S.I. 19 of 2022 INTERNATIONAL TRADE ZONE ACT (Cap 277) International Trade Zone (Coronavirus Special Leave) (Temporary Measures) (Expiration of Specified Period) Order, 2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 20(1) of the International Trade Zone (Employment) Regulations, 1997, the Minister responsible for Finance, hereby makes the following order — Citation

  1. These regulations may be cited as International Trade Zone Employment (Coronavirus Special Leave) (Temporary Measures) (Expiration of Specified Period) Order, 2022. Expiration of Specified Period
  2. Pursuant to paragraph 2 (i) of the International Trade Zone Employment (Coronavirus Special Leave) Order, 2020, (S.I. 75 of 2020), the Minister responsible for Finance, hereby notifies that the “specified period” as defined under regulation 2 (i) of the Order, that commenced on th th 16 March, 2020, is deemed to have expired on the 15 October, 2021.
