International Trade Zone (Coronavirus Special Leave) Expiration Order 2022
The Minister for Finance, Economic Planning and Trade issued Statutory Instrument 19 of 2022 to formally declare the expiration of the specified period for the International Trade Zone (Coronavirus Special Leave) Temporary Measures. - These regulations may be cited as International Trade Zone Employment (Coronavirus Special Leave) (Temporary Measures) (Expiration of Specified Period) Order, 2022. Expiration of Specified Period
- Pursuant to paragraph 2 (i) of the International Trade Zone Employment (Coronavirus Special Leave) Order, 2020, (S.I. 75 of 2020), the Minister responsible for Finance, hereby notifies that the “specified period” as defined under regulation 2 (i) of the Order, that commenced on th th 16 March, 2020, is deemed to have expired on the 15 October, 2021.
