THE GOVERNOR OF THE BANK OF FRANCE
Having regard to Articles L142-2 and L144-2-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code, Having regard to Article L2141-1 of the General Code of Public Property, Having regard to the Opinion of the Council of State of December 9, 1999, Having regard to Order No. A-2017-04 of the General Council of February 3, 2017,
DECIDES
Article 1: The building occupied by the economic presence branch in BAYONNE, 18, rue Albert 1er (section BY No. 165) may be declassified from the public domain, by anticipation of its disaffection, and be sold.
Its disaffection will take place no later than three years from the date of this decision.
Article 2: This decision takes effect on the date of its publication in the official publication register of the Bank of France.
