Notice of Amendments to Legislation (23 Dec 2020)
The DFSA Board enacted five Rulemaking Instruments to amend the DFSA Rulebook, with changes taking effect on 1 February 2021. These instruments repeal and replace the General Module, Conduct of Business Module, Islamic Finance Rules, Collective Investment Rules, and Glossary Module following the conclusion of Consultation Paper No. 136. The updated modules are published on the DFSA website and will supersede earlier versions upon their effective date.
