Circular No. 4/2025: Working Hours for Payment Service Companies During Ramadan
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 4/2025 to all payment service companies operating in Palestine, mandating adjusted official working hours during the holy month of Ramadan. The directive requires these companies to operate from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM for all working days throughout the month. Normal working hours will resume immediately after the conclusion of Ramadan.

Subject: Working Hours for Payment Service Companies During the Holy Month of Ramadan
We congratulate you on the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan, praying to Allah, the Almighty, that He may return it to you always in good health and well-being, and that He may return it to our people with the realization of their aspirations for the establishment of their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
Based on the provisions of Law No. (41) of 2022 concerning National Payments, it has been decided to determine the official working hours for payment service companies during the holy month from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM for all working days, and working hours will return to their previous state after the end of the holy month.
