The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision to regulate the use and sale of commemorative coin collections celebrating the centenary of the first Montenegrin state coins. It designates specific coin collections for official diplomatic representation by high-ranking state and central bank officials while authorizing the public purchase of other collections through the Central Bank and authorized entities. The regulation mandates separate record-keeping for gold coin collections and establishes the legal framework for these transactions upon publication in the Official Gazette.
