Decision on Determining Important Payment Systems
The Governor of the National Bank of Serbia issued this decision pursuant to relevant laws on payment services and the central bank. The decision formally designates the RTGS and clearing payment systems operated by the National Bank of Serbia as important payment systems. This decision was signed on 16 September 2015 and entered into force on 1 October 2015.
Pursuant to Article 166, paragraph 1 of the Law on Payment Services (RS Official Gazette, No 139/2014), Article 18, paragraph 1, item 3 of the Law on the National Bank of Serbia (RS Official Gazette, Nos 72/2003, 55/2004, 85/2005 – other law, 44/2010, 76/2012, 106/2012,14/2015 and 40/2015 – Constitutional Court decision) and Section 3, paragraph 1 of the Decision on the Manner and Criteria for Determining Important Payment Systems (RS Official Gazette, No 49/2015), Governor of the National Bank of Serbia hereby issues the following DECISION ОN DETERMINING IMPORTANT PAYMENT SYSTEMS
- The RTGS and clearing payment systems of the National Bank of Serbia are hereby determined to be important payment systems.
