Supervisory Instructions for Banks
The Bank of Italy provides access to the comprehensive Supervisory Instructions for Banks, which organically collected supervisory provisions until April 10, 2007. The document details that subsequent modifications and integrations are issued separately and recommends consulting the annotated informational version for the most current regulatory updates. Supervisory Instructions for Banks
Until April 10, 2007, the Circular organically collected the supervisory provisions issued by the Bank of Italy. Subsequently, the Circular has been modified and integrated by separate provisions, so it is suggested to also consult its annotated version for purely informational purposes.
